Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/B.Sc/ B.A. from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough knowledge and clear concept about the details of garment orders from the stage of garment sample development, fabric inspection penalty points / system used, cutting, printing/embroidery, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, Pre-final and required final inspection.
∎ Assisting technicians regarding checking of patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticability in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Sew any operation / machine and be able to train and demonstrate how to sew and control quality levels during bulk production.
∎ Implement and maintain all quality related systems, procedures and disciplines.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process
∎ Attend in risk assessments and forecast issues for bulk production and suggest solutions.
∎ Overall responsibility about quality and full production up to shipment, according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure. & COP (Client's Operating Procedure).
∎ Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working
∎ Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Communicate all quality-related decisions and issues effectively to all relevant internal and external parties, (customers and suppliers) to assure the consistency of standards, and providing quality related information to the required persons and the management to facilitate decision making.
∎ Before start new style need to be attend pp Meeting, verify pp sample, pp comments, up dated tech pack, Approved trim card and before wash requirement. All QA related QA &Technical points has to be discuss, verify & confirmed before start bulk production.
∎ Keep displaying the positive continual improvements in every quarter on quality related indicators, efficiency of quality staffs and adopting new concepts as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of experience in relevant filed.
∎ As a Manager 5 Years experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Management (Fabric), Production Management (Finishing)
