Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience as Quality Manager.100% Honest in all aspects.
∎ Responsible to ensure garment workmanship, quality, measurement, materials and correct fitting as tech pack. Responsible to ensure all the buyer comments implemented on current sample.
∎ Responsible to understand technical file and/or buyer comments and explain them to sample maker.
∎ Work closely with buying house QC team for inspection scheduling.
∎ Ensure inspection is complying to Buyer inspection standard.
∎ Should have accuracy of inspection judgment.
∎ Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.
∎ Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
∎ Ensure end product quality before the buyer final quality inspection.
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
