∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Must have computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, can able to prepare Inspection Reports

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up and assist in Product Development/SMS for Buyers according to instructions from Merchandising Department
∎ Conduct Pre Production Meetings
∎ During Production Inspections, and Final Random Inspections according to Inspection Process guidelines
∎ Review inspection results.
∎ Submit inspection reports to the buyer portal within 24 hours
∎ Maintain daily communication through emails and inspection portals to receive assignments.·
∎ Professionally interact with factories during inspections.
∎ Ensure compliance with QA files and approved sample standards.
∎ Prepare complete inspection documentation as per company procedures.
∎ Maintain measurement reports for all samples and generate reports reflecting order flow projections.
∎ Recommend Process simplifications and cost effective techniques in bulk production and sample
∎ Give approvals/comments as per buyer’s comments for lab-dips, fabrics quality, shades, print strike offs etc.
