∎ Candidates with audit experience on Matalan, Pepco Poland, Better Work, BSCI, Sedex.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Audit factories as per buyer’s COC, routine visit and follow up factories compliance, assist them to develop
∎ have practical work experience buyers COC compliance (Pepco, Poundland, Matalan, ALDI, ICP)
∎ In depth knowledge on latest Government laws and regulations of Compliance of factories
∎ Working Experience on Oeko-tex, BCI, Better Work, Wrap, BSCI, Sedex, Technical Audits, Alliance, RSC Requirements and develop factories accordingly
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and able to communicate with overseas counterpart for Ethical Sourcing
∎ Develop policies, strategies for Ethical Sourcing and implement them in factories and report to Brands
∎ Develop sustainable Eco friendly practises in factories and develop
∎ Co-ordinate with foreign buyer’s Compliance team for Ethical Compliance and as well as technical compliance
∎ We are looking for Individual who has in depth knowledge about ethical compliance as well as technical compliance of Apparel Industry.
