Job Context:
∎ Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd.
∎ Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading national fashion brand retailer and distributor in Bangladesh with several local and international fashion brands under its umbrella.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is that of Quality In-charge or equivalent (Woven, Both tops & bottom) and the incumbent is responsible for overall activities with absolute integrity and honesty.
∎ Ensure product development & cost efficiencies by establishing relationship with Managing Director.
∎ Continuously improve and develop quality control system so that our products are of the highest quality and reduce rejection and wastage cost
∎ Coordinate with Design Section, Production Team, Pattern Section and attend PP meeting spontaneously
∎ Liaison with various vendor about shipping and undertakes all formalities.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
∎ Prepare Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS) and Time & Action Plan (T&A) to make framework of operational quality activities in order to meet the supplier deadline by fulfilling their requirement.
∎ Follow up total order from development to shipment
∎ Ensuring fabrics & accessories are in factory at right quantity & quality
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality
∎ Able to handle several numbers of styles at a time independently.
∎ Capable to follow up QAD.
∎ Monitored QA,QC and QI performance
∎ Follow up Pre- Final inspection
∎ Lead all quality staff and GPQ technical audit handling
∎ Take approval (print, embroidery, wash) from the Managing Director
∎ Assist management in reviewing practices and procedures to ensure that company's quality standards for garments are met.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Physical strength and ability to work in a team.
∎ Should be honest, sincere and hard working.
∎ Solid product and technical knowledge in woven, knit items and related machines and production process
∎ Familiar with garment production process and quality control procedures.
∎ Monitor the finishing procedure
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work extra hours as per requirements.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
