∎ Graduation in any discipline is preferable.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for skilled and experienced candidate(s)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be at least 5 to 6 years of experience as a QC Controller in any reputed woven factory and buying organization.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in-line & pre-shipment and final inspection.
∎ Must be experienced in AQL level inspection system & able to manage QC team.
∎ Having knowledge of sample development, approve pattern, & ensure sewing workmanship & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the branded customers.
∎ Capable to deal with planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance including buyers handling in a reputed group of garments industries and be capable to work independently, leading a large team of Quality Assurance Personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Must be dynamic, self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Computer knowledge in e-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
