Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having deep product knowledge, especially jacket item (padding JKT, down JKT...); knowledge of production operational flow and arrangement; material knowledge of woven items.
∎ Having deep technical knowledge, and able to advise the counter parts (factory, merchandiser, sample room technician...) on solving the technical issues.
∎ Coordinate with merchandiser team and factory to check and verify for shortage receiving material.
∎ Must have strong experience in pre-production, online & finishing Q.C systems
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.
∎ Plan, promote and organize training activities related to the product quality and reliability.
∎ Closely work with respective buyer representative during their visit, implement buyer comments and make action plan.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
