Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activities of the Administration work.
∎ Ensure the care and maintenance of common utilities.
∎ Drafting different notices, letters in bangla,Communication, Computer skill are required.
∎ Look after the attendance of Office staff.
∎ Solving different administrative issues or cases by consulting with management.
∎ Monitoring workers and staff & their movement.
∎ Must have a convincing, pleasant and motivational personality.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from just in time.Market assessments and Initiate market research.
∎ Sales trends and sales movements analysis to ensure development of new business and its implementation
∎ Track information on market conditions, innovation and opportunities.
∎ Perform and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Monitor monthly sales targets according to production capacity.
∎ Maintaining proper documents
∎ visit customers to gain sales and provide useful solutions on customer needs.
∎ The candidate should be smart, young, energetic, proactive, result oriented and well-mannered with attractive personality.
