∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must Having deep product knowledge, especially Knit item knowledge of production operational flow and arrangement; material knowledge of Knit items.knowledge of production operational flow and arrangement and calculation of capacity of man and machine.
∎ Having deep technical knowledge, and able to advise the counter parts (factory, merchandiser, sample room technician...) on solving the technical issues.
∎ Coordinate with merchandiser team and factory to check and verify for shortage receiving material.
∎ Must have strong experience in pre-production, online & finishing Q.C systems
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.
∎ Plan, promote and organize training activities related to the product quality and reliability.
∎ Closely work with respective buyer representative during their visit, implement buyer comments and make action plan.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
