∎ Must have experience working as a Quality Controller/Quality Assurance Officer in dealing with the orders of worldwide reputed buyers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand the buyers' demand for quality as per the technical specifications provided by the concerned merchandisers in developing samples or in bulk production.
∎ Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the processing and finishing of product quality as per requirement.
∎ Conduct inspection of raw materials and accessories as per the required standard to control the quality of products by carrying out PP meetings, in-line and final inspections in the factory to ensure that the products meet quality and standards.
∎ Monitoring the development of samples & bulk production according to the 'Time and Action Plan’ regularly to ensure on-time submission of tasks with right quality and quantity.
∎ Identify and focus on finding defects and take initiative to solve the just-in-time (JIT) problems.
∎ Oversee and implement comprehensive quality control measures at all inspection stages, including inline, pre-final, and final.
∎ Maintain records of PP meetings and relevant documentation along with preparing production reports to send to the concerned merchandisers regularly.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the higher authority.
∎ We are urgently looking to recruit a Quality Controller (QC) for our Knit department. The QC will be responsible for the overall quality control activities as assigned.
