Job Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for Quality Controlling of the Knit-Woven Products (T-Shirt, Shirts, Caps, Jackets etc.) in different factories & ensure timely shipment of the products.
∎ Candidates are eligible to apply only if the following requirements are attained, thus the potential QC :
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility of quality controller is to ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
∎ Checking factory cutting, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and report to the management.
∎ Highlight quality report to top management about any types of quality issue.
∎ Maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.
∎ Needs to have full and in-depth insight to standard AQL system.
∎ Conduct pre-production/in line/mid line and Final Inspections in stationed factories.
∎ Must have problem solving mentality during production coupled with leadership skills to supervise production people in order to eventually achieve a good consignment.
∎ Must be able to provide sure-handed detailed reports of regular activities and work progresses to relevant concern.
∎ Must have proficiency and adequate knowledge to follow production plan as well as delivery.
∎ To approve the quality of raw materials like fabrics, trims and accessories before manufacturing begins.
∎ Follow up with factory on production/delivery dates.
∎ Follow up basic compliance issues in factories.
∎ Production samples to review and send on time.
∎ To find out the faults in both materials and the manufacturing process. Correcting those faults to ensures a better finished product for buyer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
