∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Administrative/ Executive,Commercial,Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance, Accounts, Commercial/ Export-Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up L/C , Sales Contract related information with Factory & Bank.
∎ Follow up vessel schedule/ space booking between Forwarder & Factory
∎ Make / collect the shipment documents as per Customers Requirement.
∎ Follow up the cargo after Ex-factory to ETA customer Port. (Door-to-Door Service Confirmation)
∎ To collect quotation against specific freight forwarder and other parties.
∎ Candidate should have practical knowledge on web booking & online documentation.
∎ Preferred Applicant having sound knowledge on Commercial documentation for Walmart, Kohl's.
∎ Supporting the Manager, Commercial in day to day commercial activities.
∎ Able to any other commercial related work assigned by Top Management & US team.
∎ Additional task : Managing office as Admin, manage Payroll.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need to be fast in service.
