• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.

• B.Sc. in Apparel Manufacturing & Technology.

• Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in the relevant field from a reputed institution.

• Should have sound knowledge about all kinds of Knit & Woven Products.

• Excellent speaking, and communication abilities.

• Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.

• A creative mind with a goal and attention to detail.

• Capacity to collaborate and work autonomously.

• Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.

• Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure Apparel Industry standards.

• Identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality improvement measures.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control function and working with production teams to implement changes.

• Collaborate with customer support team to address customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries related to product quality.

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.

• A strong knowledge of international Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards, along with inline and final inspection procedures.

• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure required quality standards are met.

• Monitor the production phase at various levels & communicate with supplier.

• Questioning the nature of defects while providing future solutions.

• Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.

• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures.

• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and timelines.

• Complying with any and all standards, internal policies and legal regulations that apply to the finished product.

• Doing piece to piece quality check of each product.

• Carry out any directives given by the Management, for betterment of the organization.
