Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office and able to correspond via e-mail.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the quality of production at every stage in working process.
∎ Assess customer requirements and ensure that these are met.
∎ Specify quality requirements of raw materials with production / respective team.
∎ Investigate and set standards for quality at every phase.
∎ Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with set standards.
∎ Work with production team to establish procedures, standards and systems.
∎ Monitor performance of production team.
∎ Build up a well-trained and motivated production team.
∎ Determine high customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance / quality.
∎ Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Check and keep all the related record updated.
∎ Perform root cause analysis to arrive and implement permanent solution to the quality issues to continuously improve the product quality.
∎ Perform daily in-line QA and final Inspections when required.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to work in a team & under pressure possessing positive attitude.
∎ Able to work independently under nominal supervision.
∎ Sincere, Organize, Honest & accountable to the job is first priority.
∎ 2-3 years' working experience in a reputed company.
∎ Social compliance experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate should possess practical experience & knowledge on: AQL - Acceptable Quality Limit
∎ Quality compliance - RSL, CPSIA, Prop 65, etc.
∎ High sensitivity in color & trims quality
∎ Garment accessories experience will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
