∎ Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office and be able to correspond via e-mail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain good communication with customers.
∎ Handle daily sales and issue the PI to customers.
∎ Execute the open orders in timely manner.
∎ Maintain the record of the updated approved layout.
∎ Create the layout according to booking information and get the approval from GMT factory.
∎ Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure that their needs are met.
∎ Supervise quality control team and make sure all the bulk goods are perfect.
∎ Work with the pertinent team closely avoiding any mistakes in bulk production.
∎ Make sure the bulk goods are produced as per approved samples and A-pages.
∎ Prepare all kinds of samples & QC reports carefully before sending them to overseas office and preserve them.
∎ Investigate customer complaints, verify them with proper record and solve them.
∎ Handle all relevant issues with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding).
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the concerned authority.
