Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater), Garments Manufacturing, Quality Control Assurance, Quality Inspection, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, manage, train and execute supply base factory technical audit, quality assurance/quality control, and inspection functions according to customer's requirements.
∎ Initiate plans and direct Quality Assurance program to achieve quality of products and maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Factory visit to supervise inspections , review and evaluate the QA/QC reports (PPM, In-line, Final etc) to ensure the products in production meet the customer requirements.
∎ Assess the quality level of factories and their production techniques to ensure the products produced can meet the customer requirements.
∎ To provide guidance and direction to factory for continuous improvement, and up-grade their quality setup and process to achieve the quality goals.
∎ Partner within the Corporate quality team, to initiate and drive Quality effort towards achieving customer's quality expectations, within the internal organization (Sourcing/Merchant, and Logistic) as well as external vendor / factory community.
∎ Always strive for Quality Right First-Time approach, proactive in calling out prevention measures, and engage the right party for timely action.
∎ Be a problem solver, solution provider, and readily prepared to tackle problem up front.
∎ Able to identify root causes on quality failures, and drive for continuous improvement plan (CAPA) in production.
∎ Collaborative in approach, team working style, firm on quality ground.
∎ Share quality best practices with colleagues and factories.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities for our QA/QC staff to better understand customer's quality requirements and techniques to deliver quality results expected of them
∎ Review and update the Quality Manuals periodically to ensure seasonal changes are reflected in the manual.
∎ Assess the capabilities of subordinates and assign tasks according to their strengths, and best use of manpower efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in 3rd party audit firm is required.
∎ Able to speak Chinese is a definite advantage.
∎ Must have to strong communication skill
∎ Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.
