Being able to communicate in English. Used to communicate with in-house Merchandising teams and factories. In-depth technical knowledge in WOVEN & KNIT, and DENIM is a Must. Solid experience in factory sample-making and production processes. Able to coach factory for sample making from paper pattern to fit sample. High efficiency in sample checking and giving comments to the factory.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of garment technology. Good English in both Oral and written. Excellent time management skills. Being a good team player.

Additional Requirements:

Candidate Must have practical working experience as a Fitting Technician. Strong paper pattern, grading, sewing, fitting, and size specification knowledge. Work experience both in manufacturing and buying agent is preferred. A Can-Do attitude and good team player. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Practical Experience in relevant fields.

• Handle all-round technical issues of Woven & Knit, and Denim products from sampling to production independently.

• Sound experience to communicate with the Merchandising team and factories directly. Provides all-around technical advice to Merchandising teams and Factories for problem-solving.

  • Working closely with Merchandising teams and factories to provide technical and fitting advice.

  • Coach Factories to understand and implement Company standards and requirements.

• Guide factories to execute samples correctly to speed up the approval process.

• Responsible for all fit, construction, and technical-related efforts from development to production.

• Approve the sample fitting and provide comments from a technical point of view.

• Technical support in product engineering.
