Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 40 years
Min. 10 years of proven supervisory experience in all-rounded garment products, including 5 years on offshore sourcing.
Proven track record at developing mid-tier customers.
Rich knowledge of yarn and fabric for different product classes and solid experience in garment technical.
Solid experience in USA/EU/Canada market and regional sourcing is A Must.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for supporting individual merchandising teams in driving business growth and overseeing the direction and coordination of all merchandising activities, particularly in managing production in offshore countries to meet customer needs and achieve objectives
