Educational Requirements:
∎ B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Diploma in QC/QA from any institute / foreign university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging, Packaging Industry, Printing, printing and packaging
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met setting customer service standards.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety.
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, I.S.O guidelines and rules and proper documentation.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
∎ Manage staffs of his function to ensure the productivity.
∎ Implementation of CCP monitoring, correction & corrective action.
∎ Determine the in-house quality procedure, standards and or specification.
∎
∎ Conduct various tests as per the standard before manufacturing start, during the course (online) of production and final quality check before the final products delivers to the customers.
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met setting customer service standards.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
∎ Guide the operating staff on I.S.O guidelines and rules and other quality parameters to ensure compliant with the audit.
∎ Manage the quality control team of the plant.
∎ Ensure the critical control points are monitored & recorded regularly as per the departmental process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the in depth subject knowledge.
∎ Experience in the Aluminum Foil Rolling Mill Company will be given preference.
∎ Analytical skill, team handling experience.
∎ Outstanding Communication Skill.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
∎ Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
