Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Quality Control (QC) procedures to ensure all products meet company and client standards.
Lead and manage the QC team, providing guidance on inspections, testing, and process improvements.
Conduct regular quality inspections at various stages of production to identify and correct defects.
Monitor adherence to QC protocols, including raw material checks, in-process inspections, and final product audits.
Collaborate with production, sourcing, and management teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed QC reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry quality standards, certifications, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garments, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) within the garment or accessory manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and standard QC practices.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QC documentation tools.
