Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Applied Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sampling, inspection and testing of raw and packing material, in-process products and final products as per specifications for release, rejection, reprocessing and its proper documentation.
∎ Supervising staff and overseeing products quality procedures to ensure that products meet the quality and efficiency standards.
∎ Monitoring the quality control functions for assuring the quality of all the batches manufactured at every stage of manufacturing /process and packaging for mosquito coil as well as consumer goods (Nonfood)
∎ Releasing or Rejecting mosquito coil and Consumer goods (Non-food) of every batch for distribution and sale
∎ Preparing specification, test procedure and analytical test report of bulk products as well as of release, quarantine or rejection of components and finished products, inner box, shipper carton, containers, closures and labels based on Quality control test result.
∎ Carrying out analytical activities of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods and investigation of market complaints and product recall
∎ To establish guidelines and procedures on GMP (good manufacturing practice) and GLP (good laboratory practice) and Standard Operating Procedure of overall quality control and conducting routine "good laboratory practices auditing" of the control process and related areas.
∎ Knowledge about QMS and ENS module for mosquito coil and consumer products manufacturing industry.
∎ Preparing and maintaining working standard review and update analytical test method during job time
∎ Any other job assigned by management upon demand should be done objectively
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields.
∎ The candidate must have experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry.
