Responsibilities & Context:

Business Growth & Channel Expansion:

  • Identify, engage, and convert modern trade and corporate accounts across superstores, hotels, restaurants, and offices.

  • Execute structured commercial plans to deliver consistent volume and value growth.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through data-driven lead generation.

  • Lead negotiations and secure high-impact B2B partnerships.

Client Relationship & Account Management:

  • Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Assess client requirements and offer tailored hygiene and home-care solutions.

  • Deliver a superior client experience to ensure retention and long-term engagement.

Presentation & Commercial Pitching:

  • Deliver smart, professional, and persuasive presentations to corporate clients.

  • Clearly communicate SAK’s value propositions and category strengths.

  • Customize pitches to match each client’s business needs and expectations.

Market Intelligence & Insights:

  • Track category trends, competitor moves, and evolving customer behavior.

  • Research and identify new market segments and business opportunities.

  • Convert insights into actionable strategies to strengthen performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, trade communication, and brand assets.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

  • Provide structured sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
