Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development (R&D) for detergent and toiletries formulations to improve product effectiveness.

• Ensure quality control by testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in accordance with industry standards.

• Develop and optimize formulations for toiletries, detergents, and other household cleaning products.

• Perform stability studies and chemical analysis to ensure long-term product quality.

• Collaborate with the production team to enhance manufacturing processes and troubleshoot formulation-related issues.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (BSTI, ISO, GMP, etc.) and safety protocols in chemical handling.

• Analyze market trends and competitor products to recommend improvements in existing formulations.

• Test and validate new raw materials for potential cost and performance benefits.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including formulation sheets, test reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure adherence to environmental and workplace safety regulations while handling chemicals and laboratory equipment.
