Experience:
BBA & MBA in Marketing/Business Administration.
Certification in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent analytical ability and data-driven decision-making mindset.
Creativity and innovation in campaign development.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Programs.
Develop and execute brand strategies to increase market share for Mosquito Coil, Detergent, Handwash, Toilet Cleaner, Tiles Cleaner, and Dish Wash.
Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
Lead all digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
Plan and implement trade marketing and promotional activities to boost retail visibility.
Ensure consistent brand communication across packaging, advertising, and digital touchpoints.
Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
Track brand performance through KPIs and present monthly reports.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic responses.
