• BBA & MBA in Marketing/Business Administration.

• Certification in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical ability and data-driven decision-making mindset.

• Creativity and innovation in campaign development.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Programs.

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase market share for Mosquito Coil, Detergent, Handwash, Toilet Cleaner, Tiles Cleaner, and Dish Wash.

• Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.

• Lead all digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.

• Plan and implement trade marketing and promotional activities to boost retail visibility.

• Ensure consistent brand communication across packaging, advertising, and digital touchpoints.

• Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

• Track brand performance through KPIs and present monthly reports.

• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic responses.
