∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Honors in relevant field.
∎ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Garments / Textiles / Buying House Quality Assurance / Quality Control, specially in Towel Manufacturing.
∎ Strong understanding of fabric quality, weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes.
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection techniques specific to the towel industry.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
∎ Fluency in English is a must.
∎ Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
∎ Proficiency in Japanese Language is an added advantage.
∎ Qualifications:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit different textiles / garments and conduct thorough inspections of towel fabrics and finished products at different factories to ensure they meet the specified quality standards and Japanese buyer requirements.
∎ Work closely with suppliers and factories to communicate quality standards, resolve any quality issues, and ensure compliance with quality expectations.
∎ Evaluate and approve samples received from factories before sending them to buyers. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements if needed.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to improve product quality and minimize defects.
∎ Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any quality-related issues. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
∎ Ensure all products comply with local and international quality and safety standards.
∎ Identify and address any quality-related problems promptly and effectively, working with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
∎ Conduct pre-shipment inspections to ensure the final products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
∎ Relationship management with different Japanese buyers for business development purposes.
∎ Relationship management with different textiles / garments for sourcing the products with minimum cost and maximum quality assurance as per Japanese buyer’s requirement.
∎ Serve as the liaison between Japanese buyers and supplier factories, managing the complete Towel Trading business of NewVision.

∎ NewVision Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the inspection and quality assurance of towels sourced from various factories for export to renowned Japanese buyers. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications before shipment to buyers.
