Job Description:
Dragon Sweater is looking for an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Officer for its Cumilla unit. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in the sweater industry, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to implement effective quality control measures. The selected individual will report directly to the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all quality control operations in the sweater production line.
Ensure adherence to company standards and buyer’s quality requirements.
Identify production defects and take corrective actions.
Lead the QC team to maintain consistent quality.
Prepare detailed QC reports and present directly to the Board.
Collaborate with production, knitting, linking, finishing, and merchandising teams.
