Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and make sure the quality of fabric as per the customer's precondition.
∎ Inspect raw materials to confirm consistency and integrity.
∎ Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
∎ Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to decide the best way to scale those repairs.
∎ Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
∎ Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
∎ Manage our quality assurance division and make sure all employees meet their required quotas.
∎ Provide training and support to the QA team.
∎ Create an effective, efficient testing protocol used across all product lines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Problem solving and multi tasking skill
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge of the latest operating systems, office automation such as MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
