• Candidate should have professional training in audit programs, consumer product safety and other similar field;

• Minimum 15-20 years of work experience in similar position in larger apparel industry;

• Candidate have to extensive practical work experience with renowned brand such as Lands’End, Adidas, Reebok, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Tommy-Hilfiger, George, VH, Lacoste etc.;

• Communication and negotiation abilities both in Bangla & English;

• Integrity and confidentiality;

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Should have work experience in quality department and ensure all the Quality Management System also consistently to meet requirement;

• Specialize in overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality in production processes;

• Strong background in managing certified quality teams, developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, and coordinating with international buyers and technologists;

• Follow up all the Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Product Safety Root Cause Analysis requested by GSS and implement substantially and effectively;

• Own the preproduction meeting process and address all callouts mentioned in line review meeting and set up relevant preventive actions in bulk production;

• Monitor both internal training and QA Knowledge Runway courses progress and ensure all quality-related staffs getting refreshment trainings every year;

• Manage/ coordinate testing related activities at factory level including but not limited to in-factory testing arrangement, in-house test facility/laboratory accreditation and associated in-house test reporting issues;

• Directed a certified quality team, making informed decisions to ensure compliance with brand quality requirements and on-time deliveries;

• Engineered sample development with production feasible engineering suggestions, ensuring compliance with kids’ safety requirements, and providing expert opinions to maintain brand quality standards;

• Scrutinized Tec-packs, PP samples, and trim cards before production handover;

• proactively coordinated with buyer quality and technical teams to address any necessary amendments;

• Oversaw buyer visits and technical audits, coordinating production facilities, merchandising teams, and buyer representatives.
