Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline;
∎ At least 10-15 years work experience in similar managerial position in larger apparel industry;
∎ Candidate have to extensive practical work experience with renowned brand such as  AEO,  TCP, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Tommy-Hilfiger,  GAP, Esprit, JC Penny etc.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must Possess thorough knowledge of the entire process of Quality Control;
∎ Should conduct tool analysis, such as fishbone diagrams and histograms, to understand and eliminate defects that are significantly contributing to the daily Defects per Hundred Units (DHU);
∎ Capable of planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance;
∎ Responsible for inspecting and testing of products at various stages in the production process;
∎ Ability to analyze and evaluate the quality of products;
∎ Must have experience to work with different Garments buyer’s;
∎ Ensure product quality with zero defects as per buyer’s quality standard & guidelines;
∎ Fair Knowledge on modern quality technical issues such as Traffic system, 7 point check system, Lean Management etc. and;
∎ Moreover, candidate will ensure supervision, discipline and development of good organizational culture including welfare aspects of the work force of the factory.
