∎ Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are mandatory and also have Computer Knowledge;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Optimize Finishing Processes: Analyze current finishing operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance quality and output;
∎ Quality Control Oversight: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures across all finishing stages, ensuring adherence to client specifications;
∎ Packing Expertise: Provide guidance on optimal packing methods to protect finished goods and reduce shipping costs;
∎ Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor finishing department staff on best practices and new techniques to improve overall performance;
∎ Cost Reduction Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization within the finishing department;
∎ Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between the finishing department and clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to finished goods;
∎ Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all finishing operations comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards;
∎ Process Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of new finishing processes and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends;
∎ Must have experience to work with different Garments buyer’s.
