Experience:

• Masters/ MBA in any discipline.

• Candidate should have professional training in clothing manufacture, production balancing and other similar field;

• Candidate have to extensive practical work experience with renowned brand such as Toyota Management Production System (TPS) & Standard Modular System etc.;

• Must have extensive communication skills in English;

• Minimum 20 years of work experience in larger apparel industry;

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Should have work experience as production manager/In charge of Industrial engineering/IE manager and ensure all the production Management System also consistently to meet requirement;

• Specialize in overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality in production processes;

• More focused under cost factor and managing budget O.T, Operational overhead cost and the carder. Monitoring factory Pilot process to achieve quick change over and enhance 1st day efficiency by eliminating production ladders efficiency improvement with optimum line balancing, Operation automation and product families categorize in order to achieve RFT and virtual link between end to end operations;

• Production planning process parallel to the business plan of the Organization with stipulated cost budget and deadlines. To contribute to the organizational strategy by developing, implementing and monitoring organizational plans in order to meet the objectives and standards;

• Managed overall production operations, conducting daily production meetings to identify critical production issues, taking action to correct or avoid problems, advising and guiding the team on all related aspects and coordinating with the other teams to ensure that daily production targets are achieved;

• Setting overall IE Function of the Factory with Monitoring All the Style SMV and Targets from Developments samples to the production samples. Monitoring all upcoming styles and doing line allocation plan, styles bulletins, lay outs, prepare machine requirements & monitoring critical operations operators training programs accordingly, the production plan;

• Follow up all the Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Product Safety Root Cause Analysis requested by GSS and implement substantially and effectively;

• Monitor both internal training and QA Knowledge Runway courses progress and ensure all quality-related staffs getting refreshment trainings every year.
