Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Textile Manufacturing and Technology from a well reputed institution.
∎ Relevant education on TQM, Quality Assurance.
∎ Textile Background will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim, Denim Garments Finishing, Denim Washing (Dry Process), Sound knowledge of Denim Wash
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough inspections of denim products at various stages of production, including raw materials, cutting, sewing, and finishing, to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
∎ Develop and maintain quality standards and specifications for denim products, taking into account industry best practices, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Perform various quality tests on denim fabrics and garments, such as colorfastness, shrinkage, abrasion resistance, and seam strength, to identify defects and deviations from standards.
∎ Maintain detailed records of inspection results, quality test data, and any non-conformities. Prepare reports and documentation to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Identify areas for process improvement within the denim production process and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
∎ Evaluate and audit denim fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to address quality issues promptly.
∎ Provide training and guidance to production and quality control teams on quality standards, testing methods, and quality improvement techniques.
∎ Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues or defects, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
∎ Conduct regular internal audits of production processes and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Gather and analyze customer feedback and complaints related to denim products, and use this information to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
∎ Define and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality assurance efforts.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, sourcing, and supply chain, to ensure a holistic approach to quality management.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality assurance processes, reduce defects, and enhance overall product quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
