Additional Requirements: 1–2 years of professional experience in software QA (mandatory)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
Formal training in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Willingness to work during EST time zone or outside standard hours to support client needs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Support Engineers to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in software QA along with strong English communication skills. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications through systematic testing and also providing client support, especially during EST hours or outside standard office hours as required.

- You have less than 1 year of full-time professional experience
- You do not have good command of English (spoken and written)
- You are not able to do support work for clients during EST time zone
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve quality issues
- Provide timely support to clients via email, ticketing systems, or virtual meetings
- Participate in regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure QA best practices are followed across projects
- Write/Update User manuals, Training manuals etc.
- Assist clients and internal stakeholders with troubleshooting and issue resolution during EST/non-office hours as needed
