∎ Age 26 to 34 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in process batches & finished goods.
∎ Study compatibility of pigments, dyes and additives with various polymer.
∎ Conduct experiments to analyze thermal, mechanical and optical properties of materials.
∎ Co-ordinate with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up of formulations.
∎ Interact with suppliers and vendors to evaluate raw materials.
∎ Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of samples.
∎ Interpret raw materials & finis goods test reports.
∎ Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with quality standards.
∎ Writing reports based on finding results.
∎ Validate and transfer analytical methods and demonstrate their correct application according to production and quality control requirements.
∎ Perform maintenance and calibration of instruments, drafting and/or revision of laboratory SOPs, instrument and process qualification protocols.
∎ Oversee QA/QC testing equipment operations, perform master batch & polymer characterization & Lead and mentor the Quality control process.
∎ Data analytics- statistical techniques, such as control charts and process capability analysis.
∎ Implementation of Corrective and Preventive action. Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans to address identified issues.
∎ Proficiency in testing quality of raw Material/finished goods, Pigments & master batches.
