∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidates who have experience in a flour factory will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Online QC Checking of Wheat & Lentil Ensure RMPM quality by random sampling and checking.
∎ Perform laboratory tests including moisture content, ash value, protein content, granulation, gluten analysis, etc.
∎ Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time-to-time guidelines.
∎ Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices in production and storage areas.
∎ Report deviations or non-conformities to the QC Supervisor and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Maintain the calibration and cleanliness of laboratory equipment.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality reports and logs.
