Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be responsible on quality controlling.
∎ Ensure product quality as per buyers' quality standard and apply AQL in all aspect.
∎ Should under Jacket how to check Top sample before send to buyer
∎ Conduct final Inspection.
∎ Maintain controls and organize documentation procedures.
∎ Attend buying office meeting, training or any conference.
∎ Set an internal quality guideline.
∎ Organizing different tests and its procedures are properly understood & followed.
∎ Initiating systems to improve the quality if necessary.
∎ Effective communication, report writing, training fresh checkers and continuous monitoring of the garments which are produced and giving the feedback to related departments.
∎ To arrange training program for developing personnel on quality aspects as continual process.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to develop the product and training method.
∎ Engaged in recruitment process to find the best team player and organizing training when necessary.
∎ Formulate and implement quality tools like TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit/Jacket factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ We are jacket factory.
∎ Should have good experience to jacket.
∎ Should be experience enough to handle the branded EU & USA buyers.
∎ Should have the leadership quality to lead the quality team.
∎ Should have the positive attitude to implement new ideas and system.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard in the initial stage.
∎ Need to manage all the Q.C, buyers and inspection independently.
∎ Strong command on English
