Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the "accounts" function including month and Year-end process.
∎ Handle independently Statutory and Internal Audits for the company with Tax and VAT computation, analysis and present it to the authority on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare treasury activities including weekly and monthly cash flows.
∎ Manage accounts payable/receivable, salary / payroll / PF trust account statement reconciliations
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related to day to day business operations.
∎ Prepare the periodical financial statements & reports.
∎ Prepare all financial statements & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audit.
∎ Perform month end and year financial closing activities.
∎ Prepare a periodical financial budget and implement proper budgetary control.
∎ Responsible for looking after the banking, export, import related documents and procedures, VAT, AIT, Customs etc.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly) and requesting disbursement.
∎ Ensuring submission of other return and statement as required by Tax authority and collection of different certificates, registration, license etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ 1. Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting Information System
∎ 2. CA/CC Qualified will be highly appreciated
