∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analize all in-coming raw materials and provide opinion.
∎ Inspection of all packing materials
∎ Reporting of in-coming raw and packing materials through the software.
∎ Preparation of COA of raw materials and primary packing materials
∎ To do packaging development work according to marketing demand
∎ Ensure coding parameter of every coded packing materials before continuous running
∎ Ensure quality of product, from intermediate to finished product according to BSTI and In - House specification
∎ Supervision of all supervisors activities
∎ To monitor the house keeping and whole plant cleanliness
∎ Take the necessary action to solve the quality problem of any product.
∎ Scanning of all products BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and mail to Central quality head
∎ Reporting of daily on line products abnormalities and mail to Central quality head
∎ Reporting of on line finished products weight report, wrapper loss report and mail to Central quality head
∎ Analysis of all raw materials sample and reporting in register khata
∎ Analysis of packing materials sample and reporting in register khata
∎ Shelf life stability study of existing product.
∎ Shelf life stability study of new and others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
