Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all testing procedures in a manner that's most efficient.
∎ Maintain high quality standards in testing and timely delivery of test result.
∎ Understand the importance of producing accurate and reliable results.
∎ Ensure daily calibration accurate testing and report .
∎ Sending test report to responsible person .
∎ Follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) for all physical and chemical test and good laboratory practice.
∎ Assist in preparing of the following test conducted as per AATCC, ASTM and ISO approved method.
∎ Must be well experience CF to rubbing, CF to water, CF to perspiration, CF to Saliva, pull test, Nickel spot test, dimensional stability to house hold laundering, shrinkage, Twisting, pH Test.
∎ Proper knowledge on Product Risk, Own Risk Assessment, Risk Assessment, root cause analyses, H&M update QSR, Lab manual.
∎ Follow-up decisions of accepting or rejecting any test result.
∎ Sample submission in 3rd party Lab and communication with responsible person and fabric supplier.
∎ Internal Communication with merchandiser, RQS team, Quality team, Fabric department, Store, Social Compliance team, Environmental team.
∎ Make essential documents for Yearly lab Audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ H&M Approve technician or Any Buyer accreditation.
∎ Laboratory Quality Management System ISO 17025:2017.
∎ Correlation with buyer/Costumer and other lab for lab accreditation.
∎ Good team work capability.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Honesty & integrity.
∎ Modern system adaptability & creativity.
∎ English written & speaking capability.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of the computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Data Base Management, etc.
