• Inspecting garments: Thoroughly examine garments at different stages of production for flaws like stitching errors, incorrect fabric placement, color inconsistencies, and damage.

• Conducting measurements: Use measuring tools to verify the dimensions of garments against established patterns and specifications.

• Fabric testing: Assess fabric quality by checking for defects, color fastness, and compliance with required standards.

• Identifying and reporting issues: Document any quality issues found during inspections, including details about the defect and its cause, and report them to relevant production personnel.

• Implementing corrective actions: Work with production teams to implement corrective actions to address identified quality problems.

• Maintaining quality records: Keep detailed documentation of inspection results, including data on rejected garments and corrective actions taken.

• Auditing production processes: Regularly monitor production lines to ensure adherence to established quality procedures and standards.

• Calibrating testing equipment: Regularly check and maintain the accuracy of measuring tools used for quality checks.

• Collaborating with design and production teams: Communicate quality concerns and provide feedback to designers and production staff to prevent future issues.
