Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist the Merchandiser in handling buyer accounts and daily merchandising activities.
- Follow up on sampling, production, and shipment schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and other departments for order progress.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets, and production status reports.
- Communicate with buyers regarding sample approvals, comments, and order updates.
- Support in sourcing raw materials, trims, and fabrics when required.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to orders and shipments.
