Job Context:
∎ P.Y. Garments Mfg.(BD)Co. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Manager QA.
∎ Lingerie / Under garments expertise.
∎ Job Location : Cumilla EPZ

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & manage the QA team for better output
∎ Ensure that buyers' specifications are properly understood.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's standard
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that the QMS satisfies the buyer
∎ Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers' needs
∎ Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectation of the customers.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded
∎ Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good communication skills in English
