∎ Experience in ISO-QMS Environment as Management Representative, Knowledge on Polymer Processing, Raw Material Selection, Thorough Knowledge in Physical Property Test Methods on Plastic Household/Furniture/Material Handling Industrial items
∎ Type Tests, Batch/Routine Tests, First Piece Approval, Sampling Plan, Material Approval, Product Approval, Training & Development of Team, Training Plan, Scheduling & Effectiveness
∎ Rating, In-Process Quality Control, PSI, Deviation Control, Product Weight Monitoring, Process Parameters Monitoring, Rejection Analysis & Control, Regrind Consumption Plan, OEE
∎ Meetings, Quality Council Meetings, Quality Policy Awareness, Quality Circle, KAIZEN Committee, Market Damage Analysis & Control, Market Return Policy, Depot/Dealer Point Visits,
∎ Customer Complaint Registration, Supplier Audit, Incoming Inspection & QA/QC Clearance for MRR, Compliance Audits, Internal Audits, QMS Heath Monitoring and Rating, Monthly/Annual Goals on Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency & Continual Improvements.
