Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A practiced eye for pixel misalignments, margin errors, and other visual details
∎ Someone capable of writing and executing manual tests for mobile apps
∎ A self-starter who assumes responsibility for their work, accepts direction and feedback from co-workers and managers, and happily helps make anyone's good idea a reality
∎ A background in mobile app development, and programming fundamentals
∎ Estimate testing efforts to support defined testing scope/timelines
∎ Analyze testing results and other data to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
∎ Plan, design, craft and execute testing strategies for solutions and services APIs in a complex integrated environment
∎ Develop new test cases and enhance current test suite as new functionality is built
∎ Collect and report data pertaining to bug detection, defect testing results and performance
∎ Coordinate various test-related activities for project delivery: identifying task dependencies, test schedules, creation of test data, utilization of test environments, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience conducting usability tests, and an ability to empathize with users' unique perspectives
∎ Need to be experienced in testing native iOS apps
∎ Practical working experience with Databases, SQL Scripting
∎ Solid understanding of software testing practices and agile development
∎ Strong Analytical skills that helps with working independently under minimal direction
∎ Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall methodology
∎ Working knowledge of QC
∎ Thorough understanding of QA processes and procedures, with an aim towards continual improvement
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
