∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Protect and encourage quality from the beginning through user spec reviews and the capture, prioritization and escalation of issues.
∎ With a user-first approach and having unique knowledge of the systems, work closely with product managers and the development team to produce the best features and functionality to increase Ding's success.
∎ Using Lean Kanban methodologies to make autonomous decisions and release more frequently.
∎ Contribute to acceptance and regression testing efforts
∎ Running automated tests, monitoring results for regression purposes
∎ Monitoring logs and deciding when there is a problem, during the testing process; investigating possible bugs
∎ Reporting bugs following the team standards
∎ Develop a strong knowledge of the high dependency multi-tiered architecture
∎ Comfortable testing back-end applications, focusing on implementation being accurate to product specifications.
∎ Champion excellent quality within the team; push high standards in all aspects of development
∎ Develop a deep understanding of the Kanban methodologies the teams within Ding use
Additional Requirements:
∎ Min of 3 years experience in a software testing role
∎ Minimum of 1 year experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Jmeter)
∎ Strong experience testing back-end applications.
∎ Ability to interrogate databases using SQL.
∎ Ability to test APIs.
∎ QA experience in a Payments domain.
∎ Ability to instill good quality practices within development teams
∎ Exposure to a fast-paced environment, managing frequent release cycles
∎ Solid experience of product and testing tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, etc.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Experience gained in an online transaction processing environment.
∎ Experience testing across high dependency multi-tiered applications.
∎ A Bachelor's Degree such as Software Engineering, Computer Science or related
