Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge on Higg Chemical Management system.
∎ Maintain all chemical inventory month wise and keep record all chemical documentation for Audit.
∎ Maintain routine logs, laboratory notes and make daily test status of Laboratory.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the environmental parameter as per DoE standard & Achieve ZDHC standard.
∎ ZDHC MRSL, RSL, AFIRM group, chemical positive listed proper knowledge
∎ Should have knowledge about lab equipment & testing methods should have good knowledge on MSD & TDS of chemicals.
∎ Proper knowledge on Product Risk, Own Risk Assessment, Risk Assessment, root cause analyses, H&M update QSR, Lab manual.
∎ Handling storing of chemical.
∎ Follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) for all physical and chemical test and good laboratory practice
∎ Assist in preparing of the following test conducted as per AATCC, ASTM and ISO approved method;
∎ Internal Communication with merchandiser, RQS team, Quality team, Fabric department, Store, Social Compliance team, Environmental team.
∎ Must be well experience CF to rubbing, CF to water, CF to perspiration, CF to Saliva, Nickel spot test, pH Test, formaldehyde.
∎ Should have good knowledge about testing requirement of various Buyer.
∎ Make essential documents for Yearly Audit face.

∎ H&M known QA chemist or Any Buyer accreditation.
∎ Laboratory Quality Management System ISO 17025:2017.
∎ Good team work capability.

∎ Modern system adaptability & creativity.
∎ English written & speaking capability.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of the computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Data Base Management, etc.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage a team and deal with multi-level stakeholders.
