∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ 3 + years professional Python web‑API development.
∎ Strong SQL skills and experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
∎ Proficiency in async programming, request tracing, and performance tuning.
∎ Familiarity with Docker and at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or similar).
∎ Solid understanding of security best practices: input validation, rate limiting, key management.
∎ Experience with Redis, WebSockets, or push-notification services (FCM, OneSignal).
∎ Prior work with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
∎ Familiarity with Frappe Framework / ERPNext for extensibility or future integrations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain REST / WebSocket endpoints in FastAPI (preferred) or Django REST.
∎ Model relational data in PostgreSQL; implement migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
∎ Integrate authentication (JWT / OAuth2) and enforce role‑based access controls.
∎ Implement business logic for matching, notifications, and analytics events.
∎ Automate tests, CI/CD, monitoring, and containerized deployments (Docker, GitHub Actions).
∎ Collaborate with front‑end and product teams to refine API contracts and iterate quickly.
∎ Design, build, and operate the API layer that powers a real‑time consumer platform. You will own service architecture, data models, and deployment pipelines while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
