Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Digital Marketing, Good at english communication, International Communication, Problem solving capacity
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Multinational Companies, Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Telecommunication, Power

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for skilled, dynamic and self-motivated individual as Personal Secretary (Female) to Chairman .
∎ Job location is Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ *To provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence and prioritizing emails for the Chairman.
∎ *To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in timely and accurate manner.
∎ Remind all agenda's relating to any type of trip/visits, VIP guest arrival, meeting fixation/cancellation, document preparation/submission/delivery, mail communication to Chairman.
∎ *To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
∎ Works closely with other team members to assure the Chairman preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements. Administrative and functional activities include but are not limited to:
∎ *Taking phone calls;
∎ *Maintaining personal and business files;
∎ *Corporate record keeping for multiple entities;
∎ *Supporting marketing and strategic planning activities;
∎ *Note taking & creating documentation, filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities
∎ *The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Email Communications, Office Management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Frequently abroad travel is required.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
