Court proceedings include trials, hearings, court sponsored alternative dispute resolution programs, ceremonies and other public programs or activities conducted by the Court.
Responsibilities & Context:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, and compliance matters.
Represent the company in legal proceedings where necessary.
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks.
Maintain records, filing systems, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee welfare.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
