Responsibilities & Context:
-Deliver training sessions on Professional Customer Service, BPO industry overview, effective communication, sales techniques, and psychometric awareness.
-Utilize Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) methods, ensuring hands-on practical experience aligned with industry standards.
-Deliver training contents accurately based on the approved training modules and schedules.
-Create a positive learning environment, using varied training materials, techniques, and learning tools to maximize effectiveness.
-Assist in preparing and customizing training modules, practical session plans, and assessment tools.
-Review and update course files to meet changing industry demands.
-Ensure all training materials align with process guidelines, ensuring employability and industry-driven skills.
-Evaluate trainee performance through competency-based assessments and prepare trainees for final certification.
-Monitor trainee attendance and performance throughout the training period, ensuring compliance with attendance registers and progress reports.
-Maintain high training quality standards as per the partner institute's requirements and the overall SICIP program.
-Use the Training Management System (TMS) to update, add, and monitor trainee data, attendance, and progress.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress reports, including trainee performance updates for project management.
-Maintain compliance with SICIP-BACCO or relevant industry association requirements, including maintaining stock books, attendance records, and trainee allowance records.
-Actively support the placement of trainees in contact center roles post-certification.
-Collaborate with operation/project coordinators, industry experts, and training centers to ensure smooth training operations.
-Manage trainee attendance and ensure logistical support for training sessions.
-Facilitate training session through applying appropriate training methods.
-Train agents on CRM software, dialer systems (inbound/outbound), and data entry tools used in the BPO process.
-Working with all concern Team, to create placement opportunities for trained and skilled trainees.
-Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), data confidentiality, and security guidelines
